How We Work:

We will meet with you as a prospective buyer at the onset to discuss your needs and to present a Buyer’s Book that explains the process start to finish. In doing so, we will help you feel comfortable with the home buying experience. Next, our team will work to better understand your specific needs, while helping to educate you on the market and individual neighborhoods. We will provide guidance as we hone in on specific properties, focusing on both livability and potential resale attributes for the future. This can be a slow or a long process, based on each individual client.

Selling Your Home – Hope is not a Strategy!

How we work:

The selling process usually starts with an introductory meeting at your home. After some preparation we will then return for a second meeting to discuss our Competitive Market Analysis, a proposed Marketing Plan custom tailored for your home, specific pricing strategies based on the market, and recomendations for preparing your home for sale. We will also explain the process start to finish, and in doing so help you feel comfortable throughout the home selling experience. Once a listing agreement has been reached our team then begins its project management role, helping to prepare your home for professional photographs and a virtual tour shoot. We will then move forward in implementing the Marketing Plan, working with you every step of the way. Our first exposure to the marketplace showcases your property to the Brokerage community at large through a catered Broker Open House event, which we use as a launching pad for your listing. Our marketing strategies continue along with regular feedback for you until your home is under contract with a qualified buyer. We will maintain weekly contact with you to provide regular updates so you know what is being done to sell your home. We will make recommendations to you based on the feedback we receive from Agents and the market as a whole. (We are strong proponents of the philosophy that “hope is not a strategy.”) Our goal is to keep things fresh and changing. We will negotiate aggressively to build as much value in your home before and during the transaction.
