The Dennison Capen Group’s foray into real estate investment began in 1990, with Jeff working as a Mortgage Banker. After working in the corporate world, both Jeff and Kira decided to follow their passion of real estate with the formation of The Dennison Capen Group. Since then, we have helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals. Our work in the corporate arena in both sales and marketing with companies both big and small has allowed us to bring forth our negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills, and we share those skills with each client transaction. We are passionate about what we do. We listen to our clients, work to understand their needs, and then go to work to help them achieve their goals.

We bring over 29 years of business practice, negotiation and marketing experience in providing our clients with commercial, investment, and residential real estate services. Last year we were ranked 13th out of over 1,350 agents within the REMAX Equity Group family in Oregon. The success of our business can be attributed to the strength of our referral network.
